Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a scooter with d_scooter Jogja. By proceeding with a booking, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms. The purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to ensure smooth transactions, renter safety, and the optimal condition of our scooter units.

Identity Requirements for Booking

  • For the booking process and rental validation, every renter is required to provide a minimum of 3 original, valid identification documents. It’s important to note that these identities can be a combination of the primary renter’s identity and the passenger’s identity (if applicable). The primary identity that must be provided is an Indonesian ID Card (KTP). Subsequently, two supporting identities can be chosen from the following list: Driving License (SIM A), Student ID Card (KTM), Employee ID Card, or Passport. As additional supplementary documents highly recommended to streamline the verification process, we also suggest presenting proof of hotel/accommodation booking in Yogyakarta or transportation tickets such as train tickets.

Our Facilities and Services

  • We are committed to ensuring your comfort and safety during your trip. Every scooter unit you rent from d_scooter Jogja comes equipped with 2 SNI-standard helmets and 1 set of rain gear. To facilitate your mobility, we also provide a free pick-up and drop-off service for scooters from/to the train stations (Tugu Station or Lempuyangan Station). This complimentary pick-up and drop-off service also applies to pick-up or return locations within a 5 km radius from the d_scooter Jogja main office. We strive to provide the best service to make your holiday experience in Yogyakarta even more memorable.

Scooter Usage Regulations and Responsibilities

  • It is important to understand that the rented scooter is only permitted for use within the Special Region of Yogyakarta. If you plan to travel outside this region, you must confirm and obtain prior permission from the d_scooter Jogja administration. This confirmation may require adjustments to terms or rental prices. Furthermore, all repair or replacement costs will be the full responsibility of the renter in the event of any unforeseen circumstances during the rental period, such as accidents, scooter damage, or loss of the unit. We always remind renters to inspect the scooter’s condition upon handover and report any damage immediately before use. Your safety is our top priority; therefore, always drive carefully and adhere to traffic signs and local regulations. Wear a helmet at all times for your safety.
